Políticas de Cancelación:

• Los cupones promocionales no se aplican a cancelaciones de ningún tipo.

• Los precios de los paquetes no son divisibles; se aplica un precio unitario por paquete, no por tour individual.

• Las reservas son grupales y deben liquidarse en su totalidad por el número completo de personas en el grupo. Cualquier modificación puede afectar las tarifas.

Pase Flex:

• Se permite realizar hasta 2 cambios de fecha sin cargos o penalizaciones por motivos de fuerza mayor, siempre que exista disponibilidad y se notifique a su agente de ventas por lo menos 24 horas antes de su abordaje. Aplican las políticas de «no show» al no notificar con esta antelación.

• El depósito será reembolsable únicamente si el proveedor cancela la actividad debido a condiciones climáticas, causas de fuerza mayor y/o motivos de seguridad.

No Show:

• Se considerará como «no show» cuando el cliente no se presente en el lugar y horario indicado por el área de logística, lo que resultará en la pérdida del tour y/o cargos por reagendar el servicio.

• Playa Adventures actúa solo como intermediario entre el usuario y las operadoras, por lo que se deslinda de cualquier responsabilidad, percance, cambio o imprevisto durante el tour.

• Precios y tipo de cambio sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso.

Cancellation Policies:

• Promotional coupons do not apply to any type of cancellation.

• Package prices are not divisible; a unit price applies per package, not per individual tour.

• Reservations are group-based and must be paid in full for the entire group size. Any modification may affect the rates.

• The deposit is non-refundable under any condition, except if the provider cancels the activity due to weather conditions, force majeure, and/or safety reasons.

Flex Pass:

You are allowed up to 2 date changes without fees or penalties due to force majeure, provided there is availability and your sales agent is notified at least 24 hours before your departure. «No-show» policies apply if this notice is not given in time.

No Show:

• It will be considered a «no show» when the customer does not arrive at the place and time indicated by the logistics area, resulting in the loss of the tour and/or charges for rescheduling the service.

• Playa Adventures acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the operators and is therefore not responsible for any mishaps, changes, or unforeseen events during the tour.

• Prices and exchange rates are subject to change without prior notice.
